The Buffer Basic is built for steady, continuously moving production lines at speeds up to 70 trays per minute, and for denesting onto flat belts without flights. The patented cassette-design Smart Tool denests trays from the stack and transports them onto the conveyor below. It fits all INTRAY denesting machines and has an open design for easy cleaning. Tray changes are quick: the Smart Tool can be swapped in under 30 seconds, and stop to restart takes no more than 1 minute.
