Court-ordered and large estate or trust liquidations are custom engagements; fee structures, including seller and buyer premiums, are set per contract. There are no required monthly fees or hidden charges.

It is what our payment provider charges to accept your payment, added at checkout as its own line and passed through at cost — we do not mark it up or keep any of it. What it costs depends on how you pay: a bank payment (ACH or bank transfer) is 0.8% capped at $5.00, while a credit or debit card is 2.9% + $0.30 with no cap. You choose your method at checkout and see the exact amount for each before you pay, so on a large purchase paying by bank saves real money. Wire transfers settle outside our processor and carry no processing fee from us, though your own bank may charge you one.

You can cancel an auction up to 2 hours before it ends, but only if there are no bids. If there are bids, canceling requires admin approval and is granted only in exceptional cases. We take auction commitments seriously to maintain buyer confidence.

Heavy equipment moves are arranged between you and a rigging/freight carrier of your choice — sellers can usually recommend carriers experienced with their machinery. Confirm the carrier's equipment (cranes, lowboys), insurance, and permits before booking. On lots consigned to SecondBloom directly, parcel-sized items may offer carrier shipping at checkout, with any unused shipping buffer refunded after the carrier's final cost is confirmed.
