The Salvajor 200 is a powerful, industrial-grade food waste disposal system designed for heavy duty use in commercial kitchens. This unit is the 115V, single phase model for sites with 1 phase power. There are two units in this lot and includes pumps in photos.

It features a 2HP totally enclosed, water cooled motor for maximum efficiency and long life. The motor has built-in thermal overload protection. The corrosion resistant, aluminum alloy housing withstands heavy use.

This disposer has an 8 inch diameter carbide alloy shredder and rotor that efficiently pulverizes food waste. It operates quietly thanks to a rubber adapter and drain outlet that absorbs vibration. With advanced features like dual direction grinding and reversible controls, the Salvajor 200 is ideal for high volume restaurants, cafeterias, food plants and other food service institutions.

2. The auction items are available for pickup from 212 Rome St. in Newark, NJ Shipping or delivery services are not available for this item.
3. The deadline for item removal is 5pm September 28th. Successful bidders must ensure timely pickup within the specified period. There is no way to extend this date.
