Two 2022 Freight Farms Greenery S hydroponic container farms, sold together as one lot. Both farms are in good working order and located in Canton, Ohio.

SERVICE HISTORY

• Both farms received new in October 2022

• Farm 1 entered service March 2023

• Farm 2 entered service September 2024 — the Farm 2 nursery was never used and is in new condition

INCLUDED WITH EACH FARM

• 88 grow panels, complete with foam and saturation strips

• Full supply of 288-cell and 200-cell nursery trays with humidity domes

• Supporting equipment: spare pumps, scales, mixing equipment, tools, grow plugs, nutrients and miscellaneous farming supplies

CONDITION

All lights, controllers, modules and sensors are in good working order. The only known issue is one pressure sensor in Farm 1 that needs replacement — the replacement part(s) are included with the sale. The seller is completing a full reset of both farms.

LOADING & LOCATION

Located in Canton, Ohio. No site loading constraints: one semi can park on site while a second is staged at the roadside, so both farms can be loaded back-to-back to minimize crane time. A crane service with a Canton office unloaded the farms directly from two semis on delivery. Buyer is responsible for crane, rigging and freight (FOB Canton, OH).
