40' Modular Container Grow Pod: Turnkey, Gavita LED, 6-Ton Mini-Split A/C, Quest Dehumidifier, iPonic 614 Controls (Used)

A commercial indoor grow room built into a converted 40-foot steel shipping container. It comes outfitted with the equipment below. It was used in commercial production and is in good used condition. It is sold as-is and is open to inspection.

- Shell: insulated, sealed 40-ft steel shipping container with a lockable steel man door. The footprint is about 40' x 8' (about 320 sq ft). Height is 8'6" (standard) or 9'6" (high cube); this has not been confirmed yet.

- Layout: single tier, built for flowering

- Lighting: Gavita LED bars across the full canopy, run by a Gavita Master Controller

- Cooling: 6 tons of mini-split A/C (72,000 BTU/hr)

- Dehumidification: Quest dehumidifier (the flyer lists 225 pints/day), mounted overhead, with a plumbed condensate drain

- Humidification: Ideal Air humidifier

- CO2 enrichment: tank, regulator, and solenoid valve, controlled by the iPonic

- Controls: Link4 iPonic 614 environmental controller (temperature, humidity, CO2) with wireless monitoring and control

- Growing surface: 4' x 8' drain tables (32 sq ft each), up to 88 plants per bench, with plumbed feed lines to every table and drain trays for runoff. The number of tables has not been confirmed.

- Air movement: wall-mounted circulation fans

- Electrical: contractor-built, in conduit, with GFCI outlets on dedicated, labeled circuits. Single phase, under 100 amps.

- Safety: mounted fire extinguisher, plus an exit sign over the door (seen in the photos)

- Buyer site needs: a level gravel or concrete pad, access for a truck and crane, forklift, or tilt-bed, single-phase service, a water line, drainage, and a CO2 refill supplier. Buyers are responsible for their own zoning, permits, and any cultivation license.
