The Hydrovar is a microprocessor-based intelligent drive that mounts directly onto any standard IEC fan-cooled pump motor, controlling speed based on system demand for energy savings up to 70% at partial loads. This unit is rated for 0.55-1.5 kW (2.0 HP at 460V) motors, with 3-phase 380-460V input at 50/60 Hz and 3.9A max input current. Output frequency range is 15-70 Hz with 4.1A max output. The IP55-rated enclosure is UL Type 1 listed. Features include an integrated LCD display with Power/Run/Error indicators, ModBus and BACnet communication for BMS integration, multi-pump capability (up to 8 pumps), soft start function, and sensor failure/over-temperature protection. The lot includes the Hydrovar drive unit, one standard pressure transducer (P/N 141X2476, RoHS compliant), and the Xylem accessory/hardware kit with mounting clamps and manual.
