New, never-erected 120' wide x 250' long x 30' eave height pre-engineered metal building from a cancelled order. Clear-span interior with tapered columns, X-bracing, 1:12 roof slope, and 26 ga. PBR Galvalume roof and wall panels.
Includes: sealed permit drawings and construction drawings for New York, anchor bolt / foundation plans, 6" (R-19) roof and wall insulation, four 3070 pre-hung walk doors with lever locks, fifteen framed 8' x 8' openings, gutters and 24 downspouts. Designed to IBC 2018, 110 mph wind, 28 psf roof snow load. Total building weight approx. 225,858 lbs (accessories not included).
Well suited to indoor agriculture, warehousing, or industrial use. Located in Western New York (North Tonawanda area). Buyer is responsible for pickup/freight and erection.
