New Havecon Dutch Glass Venlo Greenhouse Kit – 300,000 sq ft, Never Assembled – Albion, NY

A complete Havecon Venlo glasshouse package, never assembled. These materials were engineered and supplied by Havecon Horticultural Projects (Netherlands) for a large greenhouse project in Ontario, Canada (Havecon contract H17-1719, delivered from 2018). The project's scope was reduced before construction. The full package is about 300,000 sq ft (~6.9 acres) of greenhouse and is stored wrapped at the seller's facility in Albion, NY.

STRUCTURE

- Venlo layout: 42 ft (12.8 m) truss spans, 3.2 m bays, 4 m gutter sections, 22° roof pitch

- Gutter height: approx. 19–22.5 ft depending on installation (original Havecon design: 6.858 m / ~22.5 ft above soil). Exact height to be confirmed.

- White powder-coated steel trusses; hot-dip galvanized structural uprights and downspouts

- Aluminum roof system and aluminum gutters with condensation discharge and interior rainwater collection

- Original design criteria: snow load 720 N/m² (greenhouse) / 1,100 N/m² (corridor), wind velocity 27 m/s. Buyer's engineer should verify for the new site.

GLAZING AND CLADDING

- Roof glass: tempered diffuse glass, haze 70, anti-reflective coating, 97% perpendicular / 87% hemispherical light transmission, 1689 × 1333 mm panes, 3.8–4.2 mm thick

- Approx. 120,000 sq ft insulated polycarbonate wall panels (~21 ft tall) for light-passing interior partitions; 16 mm 5-wall clear, UV-protected both sides

- Approx. 100,000 sq ft insulated metal sandwich wall panels (Isopan, 40 mm), approx. 1,458 panels. Panel height to be confirmed.

- Insulated metal roof panels (40 mm) for hallway, corridor and work areas. Quantity to be confirmed.

- Steel siding sheets and doors (PVC high-speed doors, escape doors, aluminum swing doors). Quantities to be confirmed.

EQUIPMENT (to be confirmed)

The seller has indicated that double-ended sodium and LED grow lights, light/blackout curtain motors, and automation controls may be included. Quantities, models and inclusion are to be confirmed before sale. Fans and roof ventilation are not part of this package (the Havecon design has no roof vents).

DOCUMENTATION AND HARDWARE

- Full Havecon engineered drawings: foundation, erection/assembly plans, itemized parts lists

- Shipping containers of assembly hardware (fasteners, glazing materials, seals)

- Overseas freight and import duties already paid

FLEXIBILITY AND INSTALLATION

- Preferred as one package; seller will consider splitting into ~50,000 sq ft kits

- Installable by Havecon, Venlo Inc., DeCloet, or a qualified greenhouse contractor. Turnkey installation available from the seller by separate agreement. Installation, foundations and site work are not included.

- Inspection by appointment in Albion, NY

LOCATION AND REMOVAL

Albion, NY 14411. Sold FOB. Buyer arranges and pays for freight. Approx. 70–75 tractor-trailer loads (to be confirmed). Loading details to be confirmed.
