In practice that means steadier irrigation control, roots that colonize the full block volume, and more even plants across the bench. The block is pre-drilled with a 27/35 hole to receive a Kiem propagation plug. CROPS Standard propagation block for pepper, cucumber, eggplant, tomato and cannabis in commercial greenhouse and indoor operations. A fully saturated PNG 9.8 block runs roughly 825 g. CONDITION New. The carton is factory sealed and unopened with the Grodan label and barcodes intact. Light warehouse storage wear and dust on the outside of the box. Rockwool is a dry, shelf-stable product - it does not expire the way nutrients or media inoculants do - but the carton has been in ambient storage and has not been opened or inspected by SecondBloom. HANDLING NOTE (per the Grodan carton) Cover exposed skin and wear a disposable face mask when working in an unventilated area, ventilate the work area if possible, wear goggles when working overhead, rinse in cold water before washing, clean the area with vacuum equipment, and dispose of waste per local regulations.
