Online auction of the remaining LED horticulture lighting from the Eden Green vertical greenhouse facility at 1845 Sparks Dr., Cleburne, Texas. WHAT'S SELLING - 1,281 GE Current Arize Factor ML900 two-bar LED grow light systems (model GEHFH2SPKR3WX1, PKR spectrum, 277-480V), offered in truckload-size lots of roughly 275-310 systems - 126 GE Current Arize Element L1000 LED greenhouse toplights (model GEHEH3PKB5WN31M1, PKB spectrum, 277-480V; 1000W HPS-class, approx. 640W draw) - Loose Arize XVolt 680W drivers, DC adapter cables and 0-10V dimming cables - A mixed lot of single Factor bars, Arize Lynk 4 ft bars, Maxlite 4 ft LED strips and BIOS bars Most lots are whole pallet rows, so one buyer can load one lot onto one truck. Lots close one after another so bidders who miss one lot can move to the next. IMPORTANT: The Arize fixtures are 277-480V only. They will not run on 120/208/240V service. Product specifications in each lot description come from the manufacturer's published spec sheets. Driver counts come from the seller's inventory and have not been independently verified. Inspect before bidding.

Inspection

Inspection is by appointment only at 1845 Sparks Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033. Inspection is available during the bidding period. SecondBloom Auctions may deny site access for safety or other reasons.

Pickup and removal

Pickup is at 1845 Sparks Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033, by appointment, after payment clears. Removal appointments are scheduled with each buyer after the sale closes. All removal must be scheduled through SecondBloom Auctions. Buyers pay all loading, rigging and freight costs. SecondBloom Auctions may designate rigging and loading contractors, and buyers may not bring their own riggers without written approval. Lots are palletized; buyers should arrange freight for the pallet counts shown on each lot. Equipment not removed within the removal window may be charged storage at $200 per day or treated as abandoned.

SELLER: Equipment sold by EG Texas Holdings, LLC (secured party), through its agent SecondBloom Auctions. AS IS, WHERE IS: All equipment is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults. No warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to title, condition, quantity, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions, specifications and counts are provided for convenience only and are not a representation or warranty. Bidders should perform their own due diligence. BUYER'S PREMIUM: An 18% buyer's premium is added to every winning bid. Example: $1,000 bid + $180 premium = $1,180 (plus tax). SALES TAX: Texas state sales tax (6.25%) plus applicable local tax applies unless a valid exemption or resale certificate is on file before payment. Email certificates to info@secondbloomauctions.com before bidding. BIDDING: All bids are legally binding contracts. A bid may not be retracted more than ten minutes after it is placed. Lots carry a reserve; a lot will not sell below its reserve. SecondBloom Auctions may reject any bid, and the seller may reject all bids or adjourn the sale. PAYMENT: Full payment is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Wire or ACH is required for invoices over $5,000. Credit cards are accepted on invoices under $5,000 (3% fee). Include your invoice number and lot number in the wire or ACH memo. All sales are final - no refunds or chargebacks. UNPAID LOTS: Lots not paid in full within 48 hours may be re-offered, and the seller may award the lot to the back-up (second-highest) bidder.
