Available is a Daikin MPS030F 30-Ton Packaged Rooftop HVAC System, one of two identical 30-ton units serving the processing areas of a commercial indoor cultivation facility.
This unit was engineered for high-airflow and precise climate management during trimming, packaging, and post-harvest processing operations where temperature and humidity control are critical.
The Daikin MPS030F (Maverick II Series) delivers approximately 12,000 CFM of conditioned air and a nominal 30-ton cooling capacity (≈ 360,000 BTU/hr).
It operates with a 12.6 SEER / 10.2 EER efficiency rating and uses R-410A refrigerant across three scroll compressors for staged and redundant performance.
The DX coil is rated at 276 MBH total / 257 MBH sensible, and the supply fan system provides 2.0 in. w.c. external static pressure, sufficient for large duct runs typical of cultivation facilities.
A natural-gas heat section provides year-round environmental stability, while the integrated economizer and 9,000 CFM exhaust system with dual 1 HP fans maintain clean-air exchange in washdown or process spaces.
Electrical data: 460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, MCA 53 A, MOCP 70 A, and SCCR 5 kAIC.
Factory-installed options include: non-fused disconnect switch, GFCI convenience outlet, roof curb, economizer section, BACnet communication card, phase-failure monitor, insulated compressor blankets, power exhaust, dual-speed supply fan motors, temperature and humidity sensors, and factory-wired VFD panels.
Approximate weight is 2,750 lbs. The cabinet and panels are intact and show no significant corrosion or damage.
Condition: In-place installation; buyer responsible for lockout/tagout, refrigerant recovery, full disconnection, gas-line demo and capping, duct and piping removal, and rigging/removal per site and EPA standards.
