Lot SB5001 represents the complete Grow Room 2 installation, consisting of multiple multi-tier galvanized steel grow rack aisles approximately 6–7 m tall, each with 8–10 bays.
This room integrates the Logiqs AS/RS under-rack automation system with Fluence (Signify) horticulture LED lighting, irrigation assemblies, sensors, and airflow equipment.
Each rack bay is equipped with structural framing, automation rails, drainage, sensors, and local control points.
The system is modular and engineered for relocation, with all power and water systems isolated by bay and aisle.
