SB5000: Grow Room 1: Complete Multi-Tier Galvanized Steel Grow Rack System with Logiqs AS/RS Automation, Fluence Lighting, and Integrated Environmental Controls

Lot SB5000 represents a complete Grow Room 1 installation, consisting of multiple multi-tier galvanized steel grow rack aisles approximately 6–7 meters tall, each with 8–10 bays.

The system integrates all key infrastructure elements necessary for a fully automated CEA environment, including the Logiqs AS/RS under-rack carrier and conveyor system, Fluence (Signify) LED lighting, environmental sensors, and irrigation assemblies.

This grow room was designed as a self-contained, modular vertical production area capable of supporting multiple crop types.

All major mechanical, electrical, and control systems are included and pre-engineered for isolation and reinstallation.

Structural: Multi-tier galvanized steel racks, uprights, beams, and integrated catwalks

Automation: Logiqs AS/RS under-rack carrier and conveyance system for tray movement

Irrigation & Drainage: Gutters, drain pans, ALSCO bulkheads, Flomatic regulators
