Keyence FD-Q50C Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Sensor — Sensor Main Unit, 40A/50A Type. Part of the Keyence FD-Q Series, this non-contact ultrasonic flow sensor clamps directly onto the outside of the pipe, requiring zero pipe modification, no special tools, and no machine downtime. Supports 1.5" (40A) and 2" (50A) pipe sizes with outer diameters from approximately 44mm to 60.5mm. Compatible with stainless steel, iron, copper, PVC, and other pipe materials. Monitors instantaneous and accumulated flow of water (including DI water), oils, and chemicals. Features dual NPN/PNP output, 4-20mA analog output, IO-Link interface, IP65-rated housing, and an operating temperature range of 32°F to 185°F. Max flow rate: 500 L/min (132 GPM) on 2" pipe. Powered by 20-30 VDC. New/never-commissioned unit in original Keyence packaging with mounting brackets included. Ideal for factory automation, facility maintenance, cooling water monitoring, and controlled environment agriculture applications.
