This lot includes one (1) Hanna Instruments HI9146 Portable Dissolved Oxygen Meter, a rugged, water-resistant, microprocessor-based instrument designed for measuring dissolved oxygen in water, wastewater, aquaculture, and environmental applications. The HI9146 measures dissolved oxygen in both ppm (mg/L) with a range of 0.00 to 45.00 mg/L and % saturation with a range of 0.0 to 300.0%, with 0.01 mg/L and 0.1% resolution respectively. Accuracy is +/-1.5% full scale. Temperature measurement range is 0.0 to 50.0C with 0.1C resolution and +/-0.5C accuracy. The meter features automatic temperature compensation via a built-in linearized thermistor sensor, altitude compensation up to 4,000 meters, and salinity compensation from 0 to 80 g/L for brackish and saltwater applications. Calibration is automatic in saturated air and/or zero oxygen solution. Additional features include Auto End Point for stable reading detection, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) data recall, data hold, backlit LCD, and Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS). The polarographic probe uses the Clark measurement method with a platinum cathode and silver anode, and accepts replaceable PTFE membrane caps. Powered by 3x 1.5V AAA batteries.
