These ovens are UL listed, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards, and they are specially designed for sterilization, drying, and thermal storage tasks that do not require high drying rates or specific time parameters. With a focus on quality and affordability, the Binder Drying Ovens are the ideal solution for various laboratory applications. The natural convection in these ovens is achieved through a controlled extraction of drying moisture via a 2-inch (50mm) diameter exhaust duct equipped with an adjustable ventilation slide. The microprocessor and PID controlled ovens boast advanced features such as an LED display for precise time and temperature settings, degree-accurate temperature adjustment, a digital timer, and a single ramp function. The rapid heat-up time ensures fast and accurate temperature control, while the short recovery time after door opening minimizes temperature fluctuations. A key highlight of these ovens is the APT.Line preheating chamber technology, ensuring consistent and reliable temperature-related tasks, including heating, drying, and sterilizing. The interior chamber is made of Type 304 stainless steel with rounded edges and internally welded seams for easy cleaning. The tempered interior prevents condensation and ensures moisture deposits won't interfere with drying results. The preheating chamber allows all connecting tubes to undergo the heating process, reducing the risk of condensation in the inner chamber. These ovens are well-insulated, reducing heat dissipation and contributing to an active reduction in ambient temperature, thus decreasing the need for additional air conditioning in the lab. Safety is a priority, as evidenced by the low external housing temperature of 50C maximum (122F), even at working temperatures of 300C (572F), preventing burns. The integral thermostat is rated Class 2, in accordance with DIN 12880, Part 1. The Binder Drying Ovens are available in various volumes, with the 240L, 400L, and 720L ovens featuring double doors to save lab bench space. The 720L ovens also come with four lockable casters for added mobility. The 20L ovens include one chrome-plated shelf, while all other models include two chrome-plated shelves. Auction Notes:
