42 RefPlus Glycol Air Handlers, Conviron Light & Control Assemblies, 3 Dandy Substations — New/Unused CEA Facility Lot

Complete new, unused controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) facility package - offered as a whole lot, by category, or in bulk.

This is a single-source lot of new, never-installed HVAC, environmental control, lighting and electrical infrastructure purchased for a CEA build-out that was never commissioned. Nearly all of it remains palletized, crated and/or in original factory packaging, stored indoors. - RefPlus closed-loop glycol air handlers - 42 units, approx. 82" x 88" x 72", ~2,000 lb each. CDH-series, 600V / 3-phase / 60Hz, 5.0 HP blower motors, ETL listed, conforming to ANSI/ASHRAE 34 and CSA B52. Units carry their original room tags from the facility design (FLOWER, VEG ROOM) with factory nameplates and serial numbers intact.

- Dandy power substations - 3 units, approx. 5,329 lb each. Dry-type, 550 kVA, 4160V primary to 600/347V secondary.

CONVIRON PACKAGE

- Conviron stackable light fixtures - 16 units across 20 pallets

- Conviron light assembly & control boxes with components - Flower 3070 and VEG 1070 configurations, 26 assemblies across 9 pallets, complete with Titan controller modules, digital/analog output modules, Belimo P2100SU-182 actuators, Apogee SQ-100 quantum sensors and 14g wire in conduit boxes

- Conviron circulating pump stands - 230V, with CO2 solenoids and autoflow valves

CONDITION

New and unused. Never installed, commissioned or placed in service. Most of the inventory is still palletized and/or in original packaging. Factory documentation, engineering drawings and electrical schematics accompany the lot.
