Lot of two (2) Carrier Gemini 38AUQ commercial split-system heat pump condensing units, 7.5 tons each (15 tons total). These were supplied by Delta Hydronics as the outdoor units for a HydroMarine titanium chiller / heat pump system and were never installed. Both units are still on their factory shipping skids with the top crating in place.

New, never installed. The units have been stored outdoors, so expect dust, weathering on the wood crating and minor cosmetic marks. Not powered up or tested by SecondBloom. Refrigerant charge has not been verified. No manufacturer warranty is offered or implied. Sold as-is, where-is.

PRICING

There is no published list price for this configuration. Comparable new 7.5-ton Carrier commercial heat pump condensing units run roughly $9,000 each (about $18,000 for the pair, estimated replacement cost). Reserve is set at about half of that.
