For lenders, receivers, trustees and operators
Facility liquidations, run start to finish.
When a greenhouse, vertical farm or industrial facility closes, SecondBloom handles the disposition: cataloging and photography on site, marketing to the buyers who want the equipment, the auction itself, settlement, and removal. UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy-court sales are our normal work.

Who we work with
Secured lenders
A UCC Article 9 disposition run as a commercially reasonable public sale, with the notices and the record a court or a borrower will ask for.
Receivers and trustees
Bankruptcy-court and receivership sales are our normal work: a documented process, clean title to buyers, and settlement reporting that reconciles.
Operators winding down
A facility that has to be empty by a lease or lender date, sold lot by lot to buyers who are fitting out their own rooms.
How a disposition works
Four stages, one timeline, one point of contact. Multi-site programs run the same way, together.
- 1
Walkthrough and catalog
We inventory, photograph and describe every lot on site, and set a schedule that fits the deadline you are working to.
- 2
Marketing to the right buyers
The catalog goes to our grower, operator and investor list, the people who already buy this equipment, with inspection days arranged on site.
- 3
The auction and settlement
Timed online bidding with staggered closes. Buyers pay SecondBloom at checkout; you receive a settlement statement and a wire, not a project.
- 4
Removal and freight
Rigging, decommissioning and carrier coordination through our logistics partners, so the building is empty on the date it has to be.
Built for a sale that has to hold up
A secured party's sale is judged on its process. Ours is public, advertised, documented, and reconciled, so the file answers the questions before they are asked.
- Notices, advertising and expenses of sale documented for the record
- Buyer payments cleared before release; clean title on every lot
- A single-site sale typically runs four to six weeks from walkthrough to closed lots
- One point of contact from the first call to the last truck

Court-ordered and large estate or trust liquidations are custom engagements. Seller commission, if any, and the buyer premium are set in the engagement agreement before the catalog is built. Standard consignments of individual items pay 0% seller commission and can be listed any time at Sell Equipment.
