How to Access Your Migrated Account
Enter Your Email Address
Use the same email address you used in the old SecondBloom system. This is the email where you received affiliate notifications.
Click "Forgot Password?"
Don't try to log in with your old password. Instead, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.
Check Your Email
You'll receive an email with a link to set your new password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Set Your New Password
Click the link in the email and create a strong, secure password for your migrated account.
What's Been Preserved
Don't worry! All your important affiliate data has been migrated:
- Your affiliate status and tier
- Commission history and pending payouts
- Referral tracking and statistics
- Contact information and preferences

Why can't I use my old password?
For security reasons, passwords are encrypted and cannot be transferred between systems. This password reset ensures your account remains secure on our new platform.
What if I don't receive the password reset email?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 10 minutes, contact our support team at info@secondbloomauctions.com
Will my affiliate links still work?
You'll need to generate new affiliate links from your dashboard after logging in. Old links will be redirected but we recommend updating to the new format.
What if I forgot which email I used?
Contact our support team with your name and any information about your affiliate account. We'll help you identify the correct email address.
